PRICING

Our prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and can be found by visiting our online shop.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

We are currently accepting debit, credit, e-transfers and cash, and are looking to expand our options in the future.

Please note that final payments must be made before your items are shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders (including those to the United States) may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees. We do not take responsibility for duty fees or possible shipment delays due to customs.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS

All orders being shipped are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of receiving payment for shipping. A tracking number will be provided as soon as the order has been shipped, if applicable.

The shipping cost is calculated according to the country of destination, weight, and size of the piece(s).

If you wish to receive a shipping estimate before finalizing a purchase, we are happy to do so.

LOCAL CUSTOMERS

We offer FREE pickup in Saint John. Our current pick up destination is at the NB Box at 240 Millidge Avenue.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.

Refunds and exchanges are offered at our discretion in the event of items being damaged in the post, although we will do everything we can to ensure your order is packaged properly and arrives safely. If you do receive a package with a damaged item please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in. This is necessary to make the a claim.
